Schmigadoon
Fans of Broadway musicals, particularly mid-century musicals, should plan a trip to Schmigadoon!, Apple TV Plus’ attempt at a show where everyone is prone to burst out in song. Keegan-Michael Key and Cecily Strong star as a hiking couple who stumble into the legendary town of Schmigadoon and learn that everything from a lover’s spat to a dish of corn pudding is likely to result in a significant Broadway theatrical number. They also realize that they won’t be able to leave Schmigadoon until they’ve discovered genuine love. It’s difficult to say which finding is more frightening.

Central Park

However, they are never abrupt; rather, they connect the current audience to the still-relevant obstacles experienced by a young, ambitious, and gifted woman. Emily’s thoughts about her place in the world, her sexuality, and her legacy are channeled into poetry that will eventually transcend time.
For All Mankind
The intriguing “what if” idea is only the beginning of For All Mankind’s spectacular, chaotic trip. The Soviets beat America to the Moon in the initial minutes of the series debut. As a result, the space race never ends, and an altogether new version of history is formed. If the United States can’t be the first to set foot on the Moon, they aim to be the first to create the first permanent lunar base, create a permanent rotation of people, and be the first to set foot on Mars. The painstaking storyline and character development culminated in a stunning season 2 climax that puts humanity on the verge of nuclear destruction and disaster.
Beastie Boys Story:
The Beastie Boys (MCA, Mike D, and Ad-Rock) were one of the most successful rap groups of their time, but they never had their own tale told until this Spike Jonze-directed film. But this isn’t your typical documentary. Instead, it’s a live stage show recording with Mike D and Adam Horovitz discussing their story on stage, interspersed with vintage film.
