Inside the Westlake Bank
The safe code to unlock the pump shotgun inside is 60-23-06. You’ll need to crawl through the gap in the fallen debris at the bottom of the collapsed bank building overhead to get into the bank’s vault. More infected will be inside that you’ll have to take care of first. Once they’re gone, go behind the teller counters to find the vault entrance. Next to a corpse just inside the vault space is a bag with the combination 602306 written inside.
Market Safe Code

You get to the market by climbing up a truck. Once inside, you need to put on gas masks because of the spores. Go through a few rooms until you see a crack in a fungus-covered wall. The safe is behind the first door on the right after the cracked wall. On your way to the sky bridges, you will go through some apartments that you access by jumping from a partially fallen freeway. In the first apartment room, apartment 302, there is a letter between neighbors talking about supplies in a safe. The letter says the combination is “our apartment number then your apartment number“. Since the apartment you are in is 302 and the neighbors are in 304, the combination is 30-23-04.

Upstairs, you can kill some clickers through a floor opening before entering the room. Crawl into this room where you can jump over the street below to the other side. The combination is on a letter, on a cardboard box in the room to the left with a pool table inside: 689689.

Inside, a note on the table says the safe code is still our wedding date – I assume you remember when that was, even after thirty years.
