Pokemon Go Map Trackers That Are Still Working

Share

As we know Pokemon Go API changes, most of the Maps and Trackers have all gone offline. To check out more details on the best options available, check out our article about the Pokemon Go map tracker that still works.

Many ambitious players invested time as well as the resources when it was first launched. Folks made interactive Maps and Trackers setups to assist players in finding everything in the game, from Gyms and Pokestops to rare Pokemon spawns. Most of it was great for everyone involved, but it put a lot of strain on Niantic and brought up concerns about cheating. Not only Niantic’s gave every effort which they can provide, but also changes were made to the back end of the game so that they can prevent cheatings. Many sites have gone offline since, but there are many which are still working.

These few sites have legal ways to provide players with guidance to finding things in-game. Now let’s talk about those remaining ways.

First Thing, Why Use A Map or Tracker?

Well, the information varies with each Map or Tracker also the quality of that info. can be spotty. The work of these tools is to direct players in the right direction so that it saves some time. Let’s say if you’re trying to find a Machop Nest so you can power up your Machamp. In an area some maps ay out all of the nests and what Pokemon are spawning there. Also, if you are looking for a particular Raid battle, then maps for that are also available. Plus, if you are in a new area and want to find out where is the big circle of Gyms and Pokestops are, maps for that are also there. Special sites to track Pokemon spawns are also available.

Go Map For Pokemon Go

A real-time and collaborative map, that lists Pokestops and Gyms, as well as Pokemon spawns. In these players’ report locations and spawns, it works pretty well for some areas. It also offers an interactive Pokedex with statistics and in-depth details about each Pokemon. Not only a break down of their preferred Pokémon for PVP battles, but they also provide a PVP guide that provides not only step-by-step instructions. It can be used as a more traditional map or can sort Pokemon by country and city as well for major cities.

Pokemon Hunter For Pokemon GO

It is one of the Map and Tracker Site which works pretty well. People who want detailed information on Gyms. Also, which Team has control at any moment, how many spaces remain in a Gym. Plus, where Raids are happening then this is perfect for them. Unfortunately, there is a massive downside it only works for a handful of cities in three US states. If you live in one of the city then, lucky you this is an amazing tool:

  • California (Cupertino, Downtown Campbell, Mountain View, North San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Pasadena, and Los Banos)
  • Minnesota (North Saint Paul, Apple Valley, Eagan, Savage, Burnsville, Prior Lake, South Minneapolis, and Lakeville)
  • Oregon (Downtown Portland, Happy Valley, Gresham, and Hillsboro)

PoGoMap For Pokemon Go

A comprehensive map of all Gyms, Pokéstops, and Nests. Also, one of my favorites as it differentiates between normal Gyms and Gyms that have the potential to hand out EX Raid Passes. Because of the global pandemic, EX Raids aren’t happening at the moment. Once it will start again then my friend this an extremely invaluable tool.

This map keeps the ability to report lots of useful details. Such as which Pokémon are spawning in a current Nest. Also when Pokestop or even which Research tasks any particular Pokéstop is handing out. In some areas with more active players, these tools could be handy. This map has a real piece of information that is super useful.

The Silph Road

The BEST is THE SILPH ROAD, it has remained the best site for Pokémon Go players to collaborate. There’s an unofficial League Map that provides locations for real-world meet-ups of all varieties. Their site offers more information on Pokémon Go than any other I’ve ever found. Also, the people running it from all around the world are some of the most knowledgeable and dedicated players in the game. In addition to their comprehensive Pokédex and countless guides on Pokémon Go, they have a Map that has all the Nest locations with both confirmed and rumored Nest spawns.

CONCLUSION

There are many more options also if in case you don’t get adjust or you don’t like the above techniques. Plus, there will never be the number or quality of tools for Pokémon Go players as existed in its early days, there are still other options. From my point of view, the best thing you can do for real-time information on Pokemon Go is to connect with other local players. Many Pokemon Go communities run on social platforms, such as Facebook and Reddit. You can connect with other local players who share locations of rare Pokémon spawns, Raids, coveted Research tasks, and more. This is done with the help of active Facebook messenger chat or discord chats.
