Legiral Le3 Massage Gun: To effectively relieve the stress on your body!

Share

The greatest massage guns, such as the Legiral Le3 Massage Gun, provide a few key benefits: they’re strong, portable, and can relieve practically any tense region of your body. Massage guns can help boost blood flow, alleviate tension, enhance range of motion, or even prevent injury by applying compressive pressure through different attachment heads – all without having to awkwardly bend yourself on just a foam roller.

The most significant downside of massage guns is their high price, with a decent one costing $300, $400, and even $600. You’re in luck if you don’t want to take out using a line of credit for just a recovery tool since the Legiral Le3 Massage Gun is commonly found for around a hundred dollars. Can you expect your Legiral Le3 to be a good massage pistol at such a low price? Is it worth it to save money, or would it be preferable to spend more on a higher-quality product?

Price and availability

This Legiral Le3 Massage Gun is priced at $179.99, which is in the middle of the market. The Le3 is presently listed on Legiral’s website for $89.99, Amazon does it for $68.99, & Wal-Mart has this for a jaw-dropping $61.99.

The Le3 is by far the most economical massage gun at that pricing, costing hundreds of dollars less than the Theragun Pro, Theragun Elite, and Hyperice Hypervolt 2 Pro. You’ll almost certainly pay less for the Le3 than you would for the Sportneer Elite D9 Massage Gun ($129.99).

Design and Build Quality

The Legiral Le3’s form isn’t very remarkable — it’s a T-shape with a vertical handle & horizontally attached motor, shaft, and connection. Several popular massage guns, like the Sportneer Elite D9, the Hyperice Hypervolt 2 Pro, and the Life ProFusion X, appear nearly comparable to the Le3. It’s a frequent arrangement, and it should be: the Le3’s design allows for simple treatment of the body’s tight places for the most part.

The Le3 is heavier than the Hypervolt 2 Pro & Elite D9, or its 2.5-pound weight makes it tough to handle for long periods without straining your wrists and forearms. Grasping the handle at a higher angle can assist, but you’ll lose some force in the process. While we’re on the subject of grips, the Le3’s silicone-coated handle is a good size and diameter, but it did become a bit tough to hold at times.

Digital screens

The Legiral Le3 massage gun is turned on by pressing a button on the gun’s base, which flashes two digital screens that show the current speed & remaining battery life. The Le3’s 20 speeds, ranging between 1200 to 3200 percussive instruments per minute, may be cycled by using the “plus” and “minus” buttons beneath the displays (PPM). This pistol has the broadest speed range of any gun, second also to the Theragun Pro and Elite in terms of potential speeds (when linked to the Therabody App). These are some very incredible specifications, especially considering the Le3’s low pricing.

This Legiral Le3 comes with a hard-shell zipped carrying bag that has compartments for the gun, 6 attachments, and also a charging block. Also, there is a mesh pocket for keeping any extras (but keep in mind that the pocket is rather loose, so don’t expect anything to remain put inside).

Cases

As compared to Theragun or Sportneer cases, the case feels flimsy and inexpensive, but it should keep your gun safe from the weather. On the plus side, it’s smaller and less bulky than Theragun cases, so it shouldn’t be too difficult to stow in a gym bag and carry-on.

While the Le3 lacks the high-tech capabilities of the Theragun and Hyperice versions, Legiral does provide a lengthy anatomy instruction in its user manual.

The user handbook will answer your queries about where your quadratus lumborum is located and how long you should massage it. It’s a useful tutorial, and it’s a lovely touch for a rifle that you’d assume to be basic.

Attachments

The Le3 comes with six attachments: a “big ball” head for large muscles in the glutes, legs, & abdomen; a “flat” head for the chest and other larger muscle groups; a “u-shaped” head for shoulder & cervical spine areas; a “bullet” head for hands, feet, and other areas that require pinpoint treatment; a “small ball” head for smaller muscles within shoulder, neck, and leg; and a “shovel” head for the lats.

All of the attachments (except the big and tiny ball) are made of hard plastic, as is usual with most weapons in the Le3’s price range. This isn’t always a deal-breaker, but it might make treatments more difficult at times. This is particularly true if you’re working on sore places or muscle groups that are very tight.

Harsh Plastic attachments

The harsh plastic attachments on the Le3 aren’t as terrifying as they are on other massage guns. Because they can be utilized at much slower rates. On the slowest setting, you were capable of treating the soles of the feet, something you’ve never been able to do with previous massage guns. However, when you increased the speed, the tolerance began to deteriorate: at a medium pace, the spade attachment became excruciating on my lats. You couldn’t use the U-shaped attachment past the 3rd or 4th-speed level. You were able to utilize the flat head attachment on the glutes and hips. If you were able to increase the pace significantly without hurting.

Its denser foam of attachments enabled for efficient (and pleasant) application on practically all parts of the body. You ended up utilizing both the big & tiny balls the most. The little ball was particularly effective for digging into the pecs after a particularly push-up-centric workout. The giant ball was great for my bothersome TFL (an outer hip muscle). You used both attachments on the typically tight quadriceps for some significant relief.

Performance

The Legiral Le3 has the same 16mm amplitude as the far more expensive Theragun Pro & Theragun Elite (the distance the shaft & attachment travel away from the gun and into your muscle). While this is amazing given the Le3’s low price. You must say that it didn’t have nearly the same punch as that of the Theragun versions. You had to apply a lot of pressure to obtain a similar massage. For the most part, You believe that having to use greater force is worth hundreds of dollars.

It doesn’t take much to stop the Le3 in its lower speed ranges — roughly 20-30 pounds of pressure, to be exact. It takes about 15 pounds less force to stall an Hypervolt 2 Pro or about a third of a force to stall a Theragun Pro. During use at such reduced rates, there were a few stalls and recoils, especially while treating bonier, more sensitive regions. When utilized once at medium or rapid PPM, however, stalling was far less common.

2-6 hours Battery Life

According to Legiral, the Le3’s battery life varies between 2 and 6 hours depending here on the pace. The Le3 lasted me three and a half hours, which is equivalent to a Hypervolt 2 Pro. And, with a visible battery life indicator on the display, the Le3 isn’t going to die on you suddenly. It took roughly an hour and a half to fully charge the pistol. Overall, the battery in the Le3 is fantastic.

Volume levels

Legiral also states that the Le3 runs at a whisper-quiet 35 dB. But you didn’t find this to be the case. The Le3 recorded roughly 50 decibels at its lowest setting and around 65 dB at its highest level. This isn’t a particularly loudspeaker by any means, but it’s not as quiet as stated. Having said that, the volume level would not deter me from buying it.

Charge

The Legiral Le3’s battery capacity is extremely excellent. The 2500 mAh lithium battery in this percussive massage cannon lasts for around six hours on the lowest speed level. In this price range, this is the industry standard for massage guns.

It takes roughly two hours to charge entirely. Although the battery may be depleted quicker at higher massage speeds. If you use it for roughly 20 minutes every day, one charge should last around a week.

Conclusion

You’d expect that Legiral Le3 to lack many of the high-quality features seen in its more costly competitors for a rifle that costs less than $100. The Le3 stands out among the more well-known brands. Thanks to its above-average amplitude, long battery life, exceptionally wide PPM range, & twenty various speed options.

However, there are a few factors that explain why the Le3 is so expensive. It includes a weaker motor and a low stall force threshold. These flaws may be obvious if you’re a professional or leisure athlete. Even a CrossFit enthusiast or a beginner powerlifter would likely prefer one of the Theragun and Hyperice versions.

However, for the vast majority of people looking for a massage gun. This Legiral Le3 massage gun is a fantastic option that will save you money in the long run.
