XBrew Lab’s EverNitro Revolutionizes Nitro Coffee Brewing
XBrew Lab unveiled its newest innovation, the EverNitro, a countertop nitro beverage machine, at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) this week. The device promises a more user-friendly and cost-effective way to enjoy nitro coffee, eliminating the waste and expense associated with traditional cartridge-based machines. Find out more about this game-changing device Here.
What is Nitro Coffee?
Nitro coffee is a cold brew coffee that has been infused with nitrogen gas, which results in a beverage with a velvety, naturally sweeter taste similar to a Guinness beer. The infusion of nitrogen creates tiny bubbles that make the coffee less bitter and more enjoyable to discerning coffee enthusiasts.
EverNitro: The All-In-One Nitro Coffee Solution
EverNitro sets itself apart from competitors, such as NitroBrew, by providing a more cost-effective, all-in-one solution for brewing nitro coffee. According to founder and CEO Terry Tan, EverNitro gives users the quality of a commercial faucet within the compact size of a coffee maker. “While others sell you gas, we offer you the technology to harvest it for free,” Tan stated.
The company claims that EverNitro can provide 95% nitrogen purity and can generate nitrogen directly from ambient air. By eliminating the need for single-use cartridges, EverNitro offers a lower cost and environmentally-friendly solution for home use.

Experience with EverNitro
Our experience testing EverNitro was impressive. The machine is easy to use and fits comfortably on a countertop or a shelf, making it a convenient addition to any kitchen or bar setup. The canister can hold coffee or cocktails, and users can select their preferred pressure, which ranges from 0 to 8 BAR.
The entire process, from loading your beverage to enjoying the finished drink, takes just a few minutes, and a companion app provides updates on the brewing process.
Pricing and Future Plans
EverNitro launched on Kickstarter in October, raising over $570,000, indicating strong consumer interest despite the product’s high price. The Lite option costs $470, while the Pro version is priced at $583 and includes extras like two cartridges, a coffee bean storage jar, and whipped cream kits. For comparison, a countertop unit from NitroBrew costs around $1,000.
In the future, the team at XBrew Lab plans to explore how gases can improve the texture of all types of beverages, not just coffee. CEO Terry Tan envisions a machine that intelligently mixes a cocktail or brews coffee, then automatically selects the perfect gas profile to enhance its body and mouthfeel.
