Ottonomy builds Ottumn.AI platform to orchestrate robots, drones, and smart infrastructure

Ottonomy.IO Unveils Revolutionary Ottumn.AI Platform

Ottonomy.IO, a pioneering technology company, recently launched its innovative Ottumn.AI orchestration platform at the India AI Summit. Developed with support from the NVIDIA Inception Program and built on NVIDIA’s artificial intelligence infrastructure, the platform aims to redefine physical AI application in healthcare, manufacturing, and local e-commerce. Ottonomy.IO’s ambition is to provide a safe and scalable robotics platform that can be integrated with multiple infrastructures.

The Ottumn.AI platform integrates drones, cleaning robots, and patrolling robots with smart mailboxes and building systems. The goal is to transition from isolated automation to orchestrated autonomy. The platform, according to Ottonomy.IO’s founder and CEO, Ritukar Vijay, is the first asynchronous deliveries framework that connects robots, drones, Arrive Points, elevators, and access doors in live environments such as hospitals, campuses, and sidewalks.

Ottumn.AI: A Blend of AI and Logic for Enhanced Perception and Cognition

The “neurosymbolic” approach of Ottumn.AI combines AI vision‑language models with symbolic logic. This blend ensures that robots can not only visualize but also understand their environments while strictly adhering to safety and operational regulations. Ottonomy.IO highlights that the platform features a multi‑layer architecture that unifies edge intelligence, infrastructure control, and cloud orchestration.

The platform’s primary features include neurosymbolic AI and interoperability, edge‑to‑cloud orchestration, an asynchronous delivery ecosystem, and cloud teleoperation and orchestration. These elements combine to deliver an adaptive, explainable, and infrastructure‑aware robotic ecosystem ready for industrial and urban automation.

Ottumn.AI utilizes NVIDIA Isaac Sim, an open robotics simulation framework, to create digital twins for testing. It also employs NVIDIA Jetson for on-device computing and NVIDIA accelerated computing to manage fleets globally. Ottonomy also plans to use NVIDIA Cosmos open world foundation models and NVIDIA Nemotron family of open models with open weights, training data, and recipes for future development.

Integration with Strategic Partners for Seamless Delivery

Ottonomy has partnered with Arrive AI to integrate Arrive Points, which are smart, secure receptacles that act as a universal exchange point. These receptacles are capable of unattended pickup and drop-off via smart receptacles and multi-modal logistics, combining ground robots and drones for “true last-inch delivery”.

In addition, Ottonomy has joined hands with Skye Air Mobility, a leading drone-delivery network in India. The partnership aims to coordinate handoffs between ground robots and drones, thereby ensuring quick delivery windows in congested cities and significantly reducing carbon emissions compared to traditional courier vans.

Addressing a Global Need

Ottonomy.IO is attempting to address labor shortages and demands for efficiency faced by manufacturers and logistics providers. The company believes that Ottumn.AI provides a solution to the last-mile delivery gap by connecting isolated machines into a single, efficient network. The platform, compliant with the German VDA 5050 standard, can manage mixed AGV fleets, prevent vendor lock-in, and make scaling easier for businesses.

Ottonomy plans to showcase Ottumn.AI at the India AI Summit/India AI Impact Summit 2026 in a multi‑modal mission involving robots, drones, and building integration, further demonstrating the platform’s capabilities.
