How to download Instagram photos?

Share

Instagram is a fantastic platform for creating and sharing Instagram photos with people all over the world, but how do you save an image to your device? As you’ll see, there are several alternatives to download Instagram photos. You can use Igram Instagram downloader though.

How to save specific Instagram photos to your device?

While Instagram does not allow you to download individual photographs, there are workarounds. You may also find applications that perform the same job, but if any of them ask you to enter into your Instagram account, we suggest you avoid doing so because they will obtain access to your login information.

Accessing the web version of Instagram in a web browser, whether on a laptop, PC, phone, or tablet, is a simple and free option to download single photographs from Instagram.

  • Navigate to Instagram on your browser.
  • Log in to your account, then pick Profile from the menu that displays by clicking on the profile symbol in the top right corner. Here, we utilize a Windows laptop.
  • You’ll now see a grid with all of your photos in it.
  • To open the image, locate the result you wanted to download & click on it. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the picture’s sidebar and choose Go to post.

Specific URL

  • The next page will resemble the previous one almost identically, but the difference is that you’ll have a specific URL for the Instagram photos. So, scroll to the top of the screen, highlight the website link in the search bar, and copy it to your clipboard (CTRL+C on Windows, cmd+C on macOS).
  • Return to your profile page and, to the right of the Edit Profile button, click the bumpy circle. Select Security and Privacy from the pop-up menu, then untick your Private Account option as in the Account Privacy section.

This is only necessary while downloading the image; after that, you may turn it back on to secure your account.

  • Go to Igram Instagram downloader by opening a new tab.
  • As long as you know the correct URL, you can use this free service to download Instagram photographs.
  • Copy the URL and paste it into the search box in the center of the page.
  • Your Instagram photos should be found on the site, and a version of them should be displayed on the screen.
  • Simply select the Download option so at bottom of the image to save the image to your computer.

How to save Instagram photos from other people’s accounts?

If you wish to make copies of other people’s Instagram photo posts, follow the same steps as the ones explained above for individual photographs. Because you do not own the photographs, you must first contact the creator & obtain their permission before downloading them.

  • Go to Instagram in a browser and look for their account if permission has been given.
  • To open the menu, find the image you want and select the 3 dots in the upper right corner.
  • Select Go to post and paste the URL into the address box at the top of the front page.
  • Visit Igram Instagram downloader, copy and paste into the middle of the page’s text field, and then click Search.
  • Unless your Instagram account is set on Private, you should now be able to see the photograph; all you have to do now is select the Download option beneath the image to save a copy to your computer.

Of course, if you don’t want to do all of these processes, you may always just take a screenshot with your phone.

What is the best way to get all of your Instagram data?

Unfortunately, you can’t download just one photograph from Instagram; instead, you can send the firm a request for your complete library. It will take several hours (or possibly a few days) to put together, after which you will be emailed a link to a folder that you can download on your device.

Here’s what you’ll need to do to get the download started:

On your device, open Instagram and click the profile symbol in the lower right corner. On the following page, select Settings from the three lines in the top right-hand corner.

There are other options available, but the one you need to select is Security, followed by Download Data.

Click the Request Download link and enter the email address to which you want the link delivered. To finish the procedure, you’ll need to check in with your Instagram login and then hit Next > Done.

If you keep a close eye on your inbox, you should receive an email containing the link. If you follow the directions in the message, you’ll have a backup of all of your previously published content in no time.

Conclusion

Instagram is a terrific social media network that we all enjoy using to share and find interesting visual stuff. Instagram material, like that of many social media sites, may be transient and fast-moving, so understanding how to download or save Instagram photos and posts is a very useful skill to have.

Here hope we have got you covered with Instagram photos, whether you can save your own shot for safekeeping or share it with others, or you want to download stuff you see from others.
