Mighty Bliss Cordless Massager: Relieve the stress of your body easily now!

Massage guns are fantastic for alleviating stress in most of the body’s tight regions, but reaching some areas with a standard massage gun might be difficult unless you’re double-jointed (or at least strongly flexible). This Mighty Bliss Cordless Massager came to help in this situation.

The top massage guns use percussion to deliver the myofascial release to shortened muscle fibers – the gun’s shaft & attachment penetrate deep into tight tissue, boosting blood flow, enhancing range of motion, and preventing future damage.

However, if you’ve ever tried using a massage gun on your back, you’ve undoubtedly felt a little self-conscious. You might well have enlisted the assistance of a friend or spouse. You now can target your whole posterior chain without help because of the Mighty Bliss’s long handle and innovative design. Is it, however, strong enough to replace your standard massage gun? Below is a complete evaluation of the Mighty Bliss Cordless Massager.

Mighty Bliss Cordless Massager: Price and availability

A Mighty Bliss Cordless Massager retails for $79.97, making it one of the most economical massagers. A Legiral Le3 Massage Gun, which can be obtained for under 70 dollars in certain internet stores, is its closest competitor.

Unlike the Le3, though, you’re unlikely to find the Mighty Bliss for much less than its retail price – Walmart offers this for $108, and some eBay and Etsy vendors have listed it for over $200.

What’s the good news? Signup for marketing emails via the Mighty Bliss website will get you a 15% discount code, and Amazon presently has a $10 off coupon for the massager.

Design

Design

Its Mighty Bliss Cordless Massager looks more like a wand or a little bat than a gun, so calling it a “massage gun” is a bit of a misnomer. However, “massage bat” doesn’t have the same ring to it as “gun,” so you’ll stay with naming it a gun.

The benefit of its wand-like form is the simplicity with which it can target difficult-to-reach places like the back. You were able to massage not just my lower and mid-back, but even the tight and knotty regions in between my shoulder blades, by grasping the Mighty Bliss at the end of its nearly 18-inch long handle. You’ve never been capable of treating this region using a massage gun that has a traditional form. The Mighty Bliss’ design makes massage gun use for persons with mobility restrictions a lot more accessible. Even for regions that aren’t generally tough to treat.

The gun’s weight — around 3.5 pounds, it was one of the heaviest on the list — is a drawback to its design. The fact that you’re carrying a considerably longer instrument than most weapons adds to the tiredness (and maybe discomfort) you’ll experience in your wrists & hands.

How to turn it?

A Mighty Bliss is started by turning a single knob in the middle of the pistol. Turning the knob to a right (towards a “plus sign”) starts the gun now at the slowest speed while turning it to the left (towards a “minus sign”) turns it off. This knob may also be used to change the pace of the percussive head, with a clockwise turn speeding things up (with a top speed of 3700 percussions per minute – the quickest of any gun on the list), as well as a clockwise turn slowing things down.

When the Mighty Bliss is turned on, a blue LED light illuminates a “power” sign. This blue light will turn red when the battery is going low.

A fabric drawstring bag is included Mighty Bliss, with enough area to keep the pistol, its attachments, and the power adaptor. You might even have enough room to throw in a few more. It’s not the most secure way of storage, however, the Mighty Bliss isn’t particularly delicate, so the cotton bag suffices.

Attachments

Attachments

A Mighty Bliss Cordless Massager comes with 6 attachments: a “cushion head” for sensitive areas or around bony spots such as elbows and knees; a “point head” for focused, deeper tissue massage; a “four-pronged head” for firm deep tissue massage; a “six-pronged head” for firm full body massage spanning a larger area; a “scalp massage head” for massaging the scalp; and an “oil/lotion.

Four of the six attachment heads have the benefit of being screwed onto the cannon rather than being “pushed” on with force. You despise having to push and drag massage gun heads on and off. Since it always seems like you’re going to break the gun (which would be a terrible thing, given that some firearms cost as much as half of your rent).

The Mighty Bliss’ attachments, besides the point head, are comprised of soft, flexible rubber. You prefer this type of material to hard plastic construction. Since it is significantly more forgiving on fragile or overly tight areas.

To use the plastic point head attachment on the rock hard upper traps, on the other hand, felt amazing. Normally, you can’t stand “point” or “bullet” heads. But the Mighty Bliss’ point gave just enough focused pressure without being uncomfortable. The point was also highly efficient in addressing the previously described knot-filled muscles between the shoulder blades. The care appreciates by the entire upper body.

Mighty Bliss Cordless Massager: Lower Back

These two-pronged attachments were comfortable on my lower back, however, you didn’t notice enough of a difference among them. Even with the cannon at maximum speed, it never seemed like they were piercing the muscle very deeply. The cushioned head was similar in that it felt good in the bony areas around my knees & shoulder. But it didn’t truly dig into the areas that required care.

You’ve never seen a scalp massage adapter head included with another massage gun, and be honest, you’re not convinced it should be. You tried to use it with the rifle at its slowest setting. But you believe you had a small concussion as a result of all the recoil. Fix the recoiling issue by turning the pistol to its greatest speed. But the resultant scalp massage was strange and headache-inducing. If you’re serious about getting a scalp massage, use the attachment with the gun switched off.

You’ve seen an oil & lotion massage head before, but only on one other massage gun – the Sportneer Elite D9. You found it nice to use the attachment with some lavender oil you had on hand, but honestly, you don’t believe it made the massage anything more efficient. Even so, it’s a worthwhile addition that may bring the “spa” feel into your own house.

Performance

Mighty Bliss Cordless Massager: Performance

The amplitude or the distance the attachment penetrates your muscle, and the stall force, or even the extra pressure you can apply to the gun before it stalls, are the two key characteristics that disclose the type of massage you’ll get from your gun. Mostly on Mighty Bliss Cordless Massager, both of these measures are rather low.

You won’t be able to get the exact figure elsewhere. But you’d guess the amplitude of the Mighty Bliss to be approximately 10mm, which is lower than typical. This deficiency was immediately apparent during use – it wasn’t that massaging specific muscles didn’t feel pleasant. But it didn’t feel as if the pounding was deep enough to affect the tissues in any way.

You may sometimes compensate for a small amplitude by exerting your effort on the gun, causing the massage to penetrate deeper into your muscle. You won’t be able to accomplish that with Mighty Bliss. Since it just takes a very small amount of pressure to stop the pistol. If you hardly had to press here on the pistol at its slowest pace to stall this out. Even at its quickest speed, all it required was a moderate level of power to halt and stop the pounding.

The exact figures aren’t available, but guessing the stall force barrier is anywhere between 10 & 15 pounds. The stall force of the Theragun Pro is 6 times that weight, at 60 pounds. It’s also six times the price. But even the similarly priced Legiral Le3 doesn’t stall until about 20 pounds more force applies.

User Manual

User Manual

According to the user manual, the Mighty Bliss may last up to 4 hours of continuous operation until the battery dies. You received around half of that or two hours. It took a decent 60 minutes to recharge (And, unlike other massagers. You could continue using the pistol while it was charging). The battery life and charging times are roughly equal to those of the significantly more expensive Theragun Elite. Overall, the battery life of the Mighty Bliss isn’t too horrible.

It’s also rather quiet: the Mighty Bliss measured 49 decibels at its quietest setting. This massage gun is the quietest of all ones, which can reach up to 55 or 60 decibels at even their slowest rates. The Mighty Bliss measured between 60 & 62 decibels at 3700 PPM. Thus turning the slider to a higher PPM certainly increased the loudness, but not by much.

Conclusion

This Mighty Bliss Cordless Massager is more like a “massage wand” than a “massage gun,” which has a few benefits. The long, narrow handle makes it simple to target areas of your lower, mid, & upper back that are hard to reach with standard massage guns. It’s also a terrific choice for elders or people with mobility issues, who may find it difficult to use a traditional massage gun.

Its Mighty Bliss Cordless Massager, on the other hand, falls short as a general-purpose massage gun. The Powerful Bliss’ percussive massage isn’t that mighty after all. Because of its limited amplitude and very low stall force threshold. While the sensation is pleasant, the gun is unlikely to have any therapeutic effects on larger muscular tissues such as the quadriceps, glutes, and even calves.

This Mighty Bliss is an excellent choice if you’re seeking an auxiliary recovery tool that can only use to target areas that other guns can’t reach. You’d better suit with another model from the list if you’re seeking a far more versatile massage gun.
