Introducing the Mova LiDAX Ultra 1200: A Smooth Setup Experience
Setting up the Mova LiDAX Ultra 1200 worked smoothly in our test and was completed quickly. Once the robot lawn mower, the charging station and the accessories have been unpacked, all you have to do is place the station in a suitable location near the lawn. As mentioned, setting up an RTK antenna is not necessary.
Seamless Connectivity with Mova Application
The connection to the Mova application and the home Wi-Fi network is then established. Here too there were no problems during the test, because the app and the robot display under the hinged lid guide you through the necessary steps clearly and in German.
Advanced AI Mapping Capabilities
As we already know from the A2, the Mova LiDAX Ultra 1200 also offers AI mapping. It worked well in the test, in some cases even better than with the Dreame A3, which we will also present in a review soon. When mapping, he excluded the bare areas without grass on the edges that he possibly runs alongside or overcomes. However, at one point, the robot lawn mower was distracted by a shadow and caused to swerve to the edge of the lawn.
