iPhone 13 in Green- Apple setting a new standard!

Share

Although Apple has had some green variants, the richness of color this series has is unmatched. The green iPhone 13 is setting a new standard with its rich and raw color. Here is a review of the iPhone 13 in green for you to know more about it.

iPhone 13 in Green

Apple iPhone 13 Green and iPhone 13 Pro Alpine Green are unlike any other models from the company. This is the darkest, darkest green Apple ever manufactured. The two new finishes were presented on March 8, 2022, during an hour-long product launch event. The event mostly focused on Apple Silicon and its use in the M1 Ultra and a new Mac Studio. The iPhone 13 Pro receives Alpine Green, with matte glass on the back and a stainless steel band around the body. The iPhone 13, however, has a glossy glass back and a brushed aluminum band. Both the stainless steel frame and the frosted glass back have been colored by Apple. Because of the frosted matte back on the iPhone Pro series, the color doesn’t always pop. It can look washed out and almost silver in some lighting conditions, but it can also look rich and vivid in others.

Except for the new color addition, everything is the same as before for both the models. A15 Bionic CPUs have the same 5G capability. The same camera arrays and Cinematic video mode capabilities are available on Super Retina XDR. The price remains the same as well.

Price and Availability

The iPhone 13 Pro has a starting price of $999 / £949 for 128GB of storage. Whereas, the iPhone 13 has a starting price of $799 / £779 for the same amount of storage. Pre-orders for the new phone colors began on March 11 and were available for purchase from March 18. The two new colored iPhones are available to order now from both Apple and third-party retailers. They include the same accessories as every iPhone. This includes a Lightning to USB-C cable and a sole white Apple sticker.

Colors for iPhone 13

It’s possible that the color on each of these phones is the same. By glancing at the camera array hump, you can tell. It has a brushed glass effect on the iPhone 13, which makes the green look almost identical to the Alpine Green on the iPhone 13 Pro. The iPhone 13 Pro’s polished glass camera array is visible through a green that is identical to the iPhone 13’s Green. Green, Pink, Blue, Midnight, Starlight, and (PRODUCT) RED are the new colors for the iPhone 13. Alpine Green, Silver, Gold, Graphite, and Sierra Blue are now available for the iPhone 13 Pro.

Why green?

The release coincides with the start of the spring season. Normally, someone would connect these warming months with light green hues, but olive tones are dependable neutrals. The color is always stylish, thus the new green iPhone is the hottest new accessory. With this new color series, you could flaunt your new phone and be stylish.

What’s more?

The new 13 Pro and Pro Max models boast the most advanced screen display of any iPhone model ever. Super Retina XDR display is available on the iPhone13 and 13 Mini. Apple’s new A15 Bionic CPU powers the 13 Pro and Pro Max versions. It gives the mobiles improved processing, graphics, photography, videography, and a supposedly longer battery life. These editions also feature the most up-to-date wide-angle, ultra-wide-angle, and telephoto camera lenses. But it’s not just the 13 Pro and Pro Max that have camera upgrades. The new iPhone 13 and 13 Mini also get better photo capabilities as well. The new phones will arrive with iOS 15.4, which includes Apple’s latest technologies, such as mask-friendly Face ID. So, your phone will finally recognize your face, even if your mouth and nose are hidden under a mask.

There’s also a new Siri voice option, new emojis, and more on iOS. FaceTime quality has also been improved. Apple Maps now has a three-dimensional overhaul to make walking and driving navigation even better. Moreover, the Focus Mode has been redone. You can now add your house key, IDs, and driver’s license to your Apple Wallet in some way.

Environment friendly

These new models aren’t simply green in appearance, they’re also environmentally friendly. The 13 models were created with the idea of long-term sustainability in mind. Several parts of the phone, including the MagSafe magnets and camera wiring, are created entirely of recycled materials. Moreover, the antenna lines on the 13 and 13 Mini are made from recycled water bottles. Most importantly, the company has removed the iPhone’s outside plastic wrap, advancing Apple’s goal of having plastic-free packaging by 2025.

iPhone 13 Pro

The iPhone 13 Pro’s Alpine Green sits beneath the frosted ceramic barrier glass. It is dark enough to absorb light. Thus, making it appear much darker than it is, to the point where the Apple logo almost vanishes. The ultra-shiny and cool-to-the-touch green-hued stainless steel band contrast with this. The Alpine Green is practically undetectable while looking at the Super Retina XDR display. There is an exception of a sliver of it at the thin metal edge that wraps around the ceramic glass screen cover.

iPhone 13 Pro Max

Alpine Green is the name of the new color, which is a tad warmer than the green on the iPhone 11 Pro. In this iPhone, there is a single glass on the back of the iPhone. This transitions from a semi-translucent to a transparent glass tone just where the cameras are positioned. Further, it blends in nicely with the rings that surround the cameras.

iPhone 13

The iPhone 13 in Green is a more dramatic option if you’re seeking something more spectacular. Although this is a little less powerful iPhone 13 variant with two cameras rather than three and no LiDAR, the glossy, almost wet-paint-like look is amazing. The ceramic glass on the iPhone 13 is nearly identical to that on the iPhone 13 Pro. However, the polished surface and liquid-like green are as bold as the iPhone 13 Pro’s back. The green seems more substantial on the iPhone 13’s brushed metal band as if it was carefully painted on. You can plainly see the deep green line going around the edge of the phone screen. Whereas the green on the front of the iPhone 13 Pro is a practically unnoticeable suggestion.

The iPhone 13 has a glass back, just like the iPhone 13 Pro Max. The difference is that the first iPhone is translucent, however, this one is reflective. Just like the Apple logo, where you can practically see yourself reflected without issue. The glass is the same in the camera area, although it is translucent here. The iPhone 13’s glossy back makes the color appear deeper. Whereas the iPhone 13 Pro’s matte surface diffuses the light.

Conclusion

Apple has released new green color options for the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro, after the arrival of the Purple iPhone 12 last year. This appears to be a common approach for the company to raise sales halfway through a new iPhone’s life cycle. The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini feature dark, forest-like green. Whereas, the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Max have a brighter Alpine Green tone. Moreover, if you get these green models you get the latest iOS update on the mobile. All the features are up-to-date, including Face ID recognition with a mask. Green color has been used by Apple even before, but it was in a pastel shade. The darker color tone gives more essence to the spring vibe and a fresh style statement.
